Частоты «Медленных» аллельных вариантов генов,кодирующих изоферменты цитохрома Р450 CYP2D6,CYP2C19, CYP2C9 у карачаевцев и черкесов

2010
Distinctions in frequencies allele variants of the genes coding isoenzymes of cytochrome Р450, in various ethnic groups, can cause the ethnic distinctions in sensitivity to drugs that can form a basis of creation of regional data cards on pharmacotherapy taking into account national structure. Similar researches are especially actual for multinational regions, and, in particular republics of the North Caucasus. In research have included 77 Circassians and 152 Karachaevs. To all participants defined caring the slow allele variants of genes CYP2D6, CYP2C19, CYP2C9 method PTSR-PDRF after preliminary allocation of DNA from blood leukocytes. Frequencies alleles and genotypes on 1846A gene CYP2D6, 681A (*2) genes CYP2С19 did not differ in ethnic groups Karachaevs and Circassians. Frequency allele variant 357Leu gene CYP2С9 authentically differed between investigated groups and approximately in 2 times above in Karachaevs: 24,8% in Karachaevs vs 12,3% in Circassians, р=0,04. It is possible to assume that Karachaevs are more sensitive to drugs-substrats CYP2C9 (oral anticoagulants, NSAID).
