Analysis of curative effect of surgical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the best treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, improve the survival rate of the patients, reduce the rate of disability.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 110 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage>20ml hemorrhage (both hemispheric hemorrhage) in patients with treatment, they were treated with con-servative treatment(group A) and operation therapy(group B), A group with conventional intracranial pressure lowering treatment, B group were treated with bone flap craniotomy method.Results:The efficacy was indifference between the two groups for the patients of hematoma volume<40ml,≥40ml patients group B than group A in half a year after treatment, treatment has obvious advantages.Conclusions:According to different condition, the choice of individual suitable treatment can effectively improve the patients survival rate and life quality.
