Study of Flexible Tourism Supply Chain Model Oriented on FIT Times

The paper directs at the new trend of decentralization,according to the new characteristics of FIT,based on the systematic analysis of ultimate challenges for traditional tourism supply chain,which is with tourism service integrator-as-core,comparing trumps to success of flexible tourism supply chain,which is with tourist-as-core.It designs a flexible tourism supply theory model,and proposes that breaking traditional mindset of tourism service integrator-as-core,establishing tourist-as-core flexible tourism supply chain is a must to counter the new trend of decentralization.
