Dumbbell-shaped lithium ion battery shell and stacking method thereof

The invention discloses a dumbbell-shaped lithium ion battery shell and a stacking method thereof. The battery shell is different from traditional direction batteries and cylindrical batteries, and is a dumbbell-shaped shell with two cylindrical ends and a square middle. The battery shell can adapt to different kinds of battery cells by adjusting the radius of cylinders, the length of the battery shell and the height and width of the square middle. According to the battery shell, multiple cells can be arranged in one shell, and the battery cells can be connected in series or in parallel. By means of the stacking mode of batteries manufactured through the battery shell, the stacking density of the batteries is increased, collision resistance is improved, and arrangement of an air cooling/water cooling device can be facilitated when the batteries are used in groups.
