The invention relates to a bearing removal mechanism which comprises a fixing seat, a bearing hook nail and a mandrel. The fixing seat is fixed on a bearing mounting seat, the bearing hook nail is connected with the fixing seat in a threaded manner and provided with a plurality of fan-shaped structure petals, an end of each fan-shaped structure petal is an inverted hook-headed end which can fold and unfold, the inverted hook-headed ends fold and extend an inner ring of a bearing until an inner cavity of an mounting hole of the bearing when the bearing hook nail is screwed inwards the bearing, the mandrel is inserted into an inner hole of the bearing hook nail, so that the inverted hook-headed ends are unfolded, the inner ring of the bearing is clamped by the inverted hook-headed ends when the bearing hook nail is screwed outwards the bearing, and the bearing is driven and drawn outwards from the bearing mounting seat. The bearing removal mechanism is simple in structure, convenient and rapid to operate, safe and reliable, the bearing not positioned in a through hole can be rapidly and easily removed, force can be uniformly applied to the bearing when the bearing is removed, and the bearing and a bearing mounting hole cannot be damaged.
