The absence of communication and language is one of the problems that affects in a huge Way to disabled people, especially to whom for mental, physical or sensorial difficulties can not communicate in the usual way the common men do. Deaf community does not escape from this problem: through the history has had to fight to get its language may be recognized by parents, teachers and in general the society, so it is through that language they can interact with the society in order to, using this intercommunication, get the constitution of their subjectivity. Any human being, regardless of his/her situation of disability, will be able to turn into narrator and to discover himself or herself in connection with the society. For this reason, it belongs to the university, to encourage and to strengthen processes of research and reflection around cultural, linguistic, and pedagogical variables, directly related to the creation and strengthening of environments for the human interaction, in which narration is fundamental instrument that must be present in spheres of family, school and society.
