IBM PELATIHAN DECOUPAGE DAN E-COMMERCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EKONOMI IBU RUMAH TANGGA

The proposed IbM (Ipteks bagi Masyarakat) program aims to increase the creativity and the income of homemakers in RW 011 Kelurahan Tebet Timur Jakarta Selatan and RT 05 Kelurahan Rorotan Jakarta Utara. We give a decoupage training using a few materials such as pandan handwoven clutch, wooden cutting board and rice paddle, and secondhand goods. For marketing the products through the e-commerce platforms, we also give the e-commerce training. Our primary purpose is to improve the homemakers’ creativity and their economic state by creating a creative business with a low capital. Besides, the proposed program has a positive effect on the environment by reducing the household waste and promote the Go Green program. The use of e-commerce platform enlightens the community on how to maximize the existing technology to market their home industry products to the broader market. After going through all the training programs, all the trainees show the improvement of knowledge and skill in decoupage and e-commerce.
