The invention discloses a microgrid control method employing an integrated storage and distribution design. With energy storage arrays distributed in various microgrids as core control objects, active or reactive automatic balance control of connected microgrid groups is achieved. The microgrid control method comprises the specific steps as follows: in networked and grid-connected states, exchange power constant values are calculated through an energy management module and are distributed to various microgrid control modules; and the microgrid control modules can independently maintain balance of intranet power in an isolated grid state and can cooperate with the energy management module, so that constant value distribution of various distributed power generation units in the networked and grid-connected states is achieved. According to the microgrid control method, mutual aid of power is achieved through a low-voltage and medium-voltage two-stage distribution network between neighboring microgrids free of support of an extranet power supply; the microgrid operation reliability is improved; the microgrids can constantly carry out electromigration among a plurality of working conditions and automatically keep the balance of generated power and electric power; the electric energy quality is improved; the safe electricity utilization requirements are met; clean power generation resources of wind, light and the like are utilized to the maximal extent; and oil and electricity are utilized to the minimal extent, so that pollution to the environment is reduced.
