Track slab steel mould measuring system and measuring method thereof

The invention provides a measuring system which can measure the spatial position of a track slab steel mould rail-bearing slot. A track slab steel mould measuring system comprises a total station, a data acquisition terminal, a sleeve and a prism, wherein the data acquisition terminal is used for controlling the total station, the sleeve is arranged on the track slab steel mould rail-bearing slot, and the prism is placed at the top of the sleeve. In the invention, the actual spatial position of the track slab steel mould rail-bearing slot is obtained by measuring the three-dimensional coordinate of the prism placed at the top of the sleeve, and the traverse and height offsets of the track slab steel mould rail-bearing slot are obtained by comparing with a theoretical value led into software in the data acquisition terminal in advance, thereby supplying adjusted data for the steel mould rail-bearing slot. The invention can measure the spatial position of a CRTSIII type ballastless track slab steel mould rail-bearing slot and compute the deviation with a designed position.
