The present invention relates to a method for the production of PVC and NBR coprecipitated gum, comprising the steps of: sequentially into soft water, emulsifiers, spreading agents, buffers, molecular weight regulators, crosslinking agents, acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate, an initiator, oxygen scavenger, butadiene polymerization, and activation phase, the intermediate additional modifier, and finally terminating agent compound was added to terminate the reaction, the nitrile obtained dope; autoclave was charged in the coagulation of nitrile cement, antioxidant, concentration 1 to 2% of a low hardness trialkyl ammonium chloride solution, PVC emulsions at a concentration of 0.2 to 0.4% of high hardness trialkyl ammonium chloride, magnesium sulfate or calcium chloride solution, sufficient cohesion, and then adding a compound release agent, cooling to obtain a powder nitrile rubber slurry; finally nitrile rubber slurry is dehydrated and dried. Process of the invention is simple, low cost, low energy consumption, high conversion rate, NBR and PVC with the present invention provides a co-precipitated gum has good toughness and resistance to cold.
