Report, forming a series, featuring part of the work on collective bargaining and the promotion of equality within the ILO's interdepartmental project on equality for women in employment. The aim of the project, as a whole, is to generate comprehensive data in order to further the development of effective programmes and activities in the future. More specifically, this report examines some of the achievements for women workers through collective bargaining in South Africa.
