The invention discloses a multi-channel weak signal acquisition circuit used for acquiring current signals output by multiple transmission channels. The multi-channel weak signal acquisition circuit comprises a plurality of current and voltage switching circuits, a time-division multiplexing circuit, an amplifying circuit, a filtering circuit and an acquisition circuit, wherein the current and voltage switching circuits are used for converting the current signals transmitted by the corresponding transmission channels into voltage signals; the time-division multiplexing circuit is used for outputting the voltage signals output by the multiple current and voltage switching circuits one by one in timing sequence; the amplifying circuit is used for amplifying the voltage signals output by the time-division multiplexing circuit one by one; the filtering circuit is used for filtering the voltage signals amplified by the amplifying circuit; the acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the voltage signals filtered by the filtering circuit. According to the multi-channel weak signal acquisition circuit, the time-division multiplexing circuit is adopted to output the voltage signals output by the multiple current and voltage switching circuits to the amplifying circuit, so that the acquisition cost of weak signals of the multiple channels is lowered effectively, the wiring difficulty is simplified, and the wiring efficiency is improved.
