We report a 60-year-old patient who consulted for bilateral, symmetrical, deforming chronic polyarthritis associating acroparesthesia in gloves and socks revealing lepromatous leprosy. Hansen's disease has a tropism especially cutaneous and neurological. Rheumatologic manifestations come in third place. Exceptionally inaugural, they constitute a cause of diagnostic wandering.
