AUTOMATED PRETREATMENT SYSTEM TO DETERMINE ANTIBACTERIALS IN MEAT BY HPLC

An automated pretreatment method using column switching technique to determine antibacterials in meat was developed. Antibacterials were divided into three groups and compouds of each group were determined under different condition. The pretreatment column was cooled and sample solvent was diluted with buffer solution using bypass to trap antibacterials efficiently. 2ml of pork extract was injected. Detection limit was 1-69ng/g.
