Cerebroplacental ratio for predicting adverse perinatal outcome: please do not discard it yet.

The individual participant data (IPD) meta-analysis by Vollgraff Heidweiller-Schreurs et al. (BJOG 2020) reaches important conclusions on the utility of cerebroplacental ratio (CPR) to predict adverse perinatal outcome that is at odds with several aggregate data meta-analyses, including one by the authors themselves (Vollgraff Heidweiller-Schreurs et al. Ultrasound Obstet Gynecol 2018;51:313-22). What shall we take from this?
