Исследование фибринолиза при лабильной и стабильной эссенциальной артериальной гипертензии у детей

The paper presents the results of research the fibrinolysis and products of paracoagulation in children with labile and stable arterial hypertension. It was found significant decrease in activity of coagulation factor XII and the increase the amount of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes at labile arterial hypertension, significant decrease of the activity of plasminogen, XII factor, increasing the number of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes and D-dimer at stable arterial hypertension. Thrombinemia level was higher at stable hypertension in comparison with the labile (by amount of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes and the presence of D-dimer).
