A New Method about Determining H_2O_2 Content in Plant Cells by Spectrophotometry

It was reported that a method for a rapid determining H_2O_2content in epidermis strip of of Vicia faba by spectrophotometry has been established through the absorbance at 240 nm.In addition,this result(provided) a new quantitative determination method for H_(2)O_(2) involved ABA-induced stomatal movement in Vicia faba.
