Identification of fungus population in pile fermentation process of Tibetan tea.

The taxonomy of fungus population of Tibetan tea in pile fermentation process was identified to improve for its quality and technology.The results show that there are Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus tubingensis,M.racemosus,Aapergillus carbonarius,Rhizopus Ehrenberg,Aspergillus fumigatus and Thamnidium simplex in pile fermentation process of Tibetan tea.
