A wearable computer, in the high-sensitivity micromagnetic sensors applications such as medical instruments, high sensitivity, wide measurement range, micro-sized, low current consumption, achieving a significant improvement in terms of high-speed measurement. A magnetic wire 29 placed two along the substrate groove 28 on the substrate 2, installing a pair of right-turn coil 21R and left-handed coil 21L and a pair of right-turn coil 22R and left-handed coil 22L to the respective wire and, detecting the coil voltage generated upon applying the pulse current in the opposite direction on both wires. A magnetic wire having the two-phase domain structure of the central portion core domain with spin alignment in the surface domain and the axial direction having a circumferential spin sequence, by passing a pulsed current, the wire axis in the surface magnetic domain outside a circumferential spin inclined in the axial direction by the magnetic field H is rotated simultaneously ultrafast, extracts only the axial direction of the magnetization change of the wire as the coil output by ultrafast spinning phenomenon occurring at that time. .FIELD 5
