Эффективность влагалищного пессария при ведении беременных с предлежанием плаценты и низкой плацентацией

Conventional therapy combined with the application, of a ring pessary in 65 pregnant women with placenta previa or lower placental location resulted, in term, deliveries (87 % of women) with a mean infant birth weight of3364,0 gramme. Premature delivery and spontaneous abortion before 22 weeks' gestation experienced. 3,1 % and 9,23 % of pregnant women, respectively. Placenta marginalis detachment during labor was found in 4,6 % of women, and postpartum hemorrage wasn't more than 400 ml. Cesarean section was performed in 6,2 % of pregnant women.
