Advances of influence of plasma proteins on bacterial adhesion to bioma terials

Preventing bacterial adherence to biomaterials has been identified as a n important step to prevent Biomaterial Centered Infect (BCI).People find tha t human plasma proteins have important influence on bacterial abhesion to biom aterials.Thus,researching the relevant relations both the plasma proteins an d bacterial adhesion to biomaterials has important meaning to prevent BCI.In this article,we review some relevant plasma proteins related to bacterial a dhesion to biomaterials,and relevant mechanism which human plasma proteins af fect bacterial adhesion to biomaterials and prospects how to improve the usage o f anti-bacterial adhesion of human plasma proteins.
