MICRO-FRACTURE TECHNIQUE IN THE TREATMENT OF FRACTURE OF FEMORAL HEAD

Objective To explore the curative effect of micro-fracture technique on femoral head fracture.Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B.30 patients in Group A were treated with absorbable screws,micro-fracture technique,bone and femoral cross-section drilling,causing micro-fractures to make the absorbable screws fixed.32 cases of simple fractures in Group B were treated with absorbable screws.The two groups got rehabilitation in the same way.Results The curative effects in Group A were excellent in 12 cases,good in 10 cases,improved in 5 cases and poor in 3 cases,with the therapeutic rate being 73.33%,while the curative effects in Group B were excellent in 8 cases,good in 10 cases,improved in 8 cases and poor in 6 cases,with the therapeutic rate being 56.25%(P0.05).Conclusion Micro-fracture technique is an effective method in the treatment of femoral head fracture.
