The Improvements of Copper Removal Process of Copper Sulfate In Electrolyte Purification System

This paper introduces the improvements of the process of Cu removal from CuSO4in the copper electrolyte purification system.And these improvements solve the problems in current evaporation system and cooling crystallization process,the specific gravity of evaporated liquid is improved from 1.39 ~ 1.41 to 1.41 ~1.43,copper contained in filtrate is reduced from 25.5g /l to 21.8g/l,which effectively improves the processing capacity of the electrolyte purification system.
