Methods of testing structural materials under biaxial dynamic tension at strain rates of 102-104 sec−1

Methods of testing thin-wall tubular and hemispherical specimens under biaxial dynamic tension are presented. The possibility of investigating materials under given conditions at strain rates of 102-104 sec−1 is illustrated by the testing of alloy AMg6 specimens.
