Enquête D’opinion Sur La Qualité Des Prestations De l’Hôpital Du Mali

This article is a survey of users' opinions on the quality of services provided by hospitals in Mali. The assessment of the level of satisfaction of users of health facilities has been the required standard in Mali since 2002 and was carried out through the health orientation law as well as the relevant laws regulating the hospitals in Mali; and was later followed up by the ANEH in 2010. The user opinion poll on the quality of services provided by hospitals in Mali has been the yardstick used for this purpose. This choice is explained by several factors, among which are: the need for patients to have quality care at affordable cost and the desire for treatment in a healthy environment with appropriate medical standard. At this level, it is important to point out at that the aim of this opinion poll is to ascertain the difficulties faced by hospital users as well as providing means for positive criticisms and suggestions so as to enhance improved services. We have carried out this opinion poll by means of quantitative approach in order to achieve the required results. As the practical method of this study, we have met with patients who came for consultations, patients who are admitted in hospitals and others. The methodology consists in carrying out a non-probability and convenience sampling (through the use of questionnaire). A sample of one hundred and six (106) people from different quarters of Bamako district and the regions of Koulikoro and Segou was constituted. The results collected and processed made it possible to gather the opinions and aspirations of users of hospitals in Mali. Cet article est une enquete consacree a l’opinion des usagers sur la qualite des prestations de l’Hopital du Mali. La mesure de la satisfaction des usagers des structures de sante est une exigence au Mali depuis l’annee 2002 a travers la loi d’orientation de la sante et la loi hospitaliere du Mali. Cela fut repris plus tard en 2010 par l’ANEH. L’enquete d’opinion des usagers sur la qualite des prestations de l’Hopital du Mali est la methode de mesure utilisee a cet effet. Ce choix s’explique par plusieurs facteurs : le besoin pour les patients de disposer de soins de qualite a moindre cout, le desir de se soigner dans un cadre sain et dont le plateau technique est a hauteur de souhait. Il convient de preciser a ce niveau que l’objectif de cette enquete d’opinion est de connaitre les difficultes auxquelles sont confrontes ses usagers de l’hopital et de permettre a ces derniers l’occasion de faire des critiques et suggestions pour l’amelioration des services hospitaliers. Pour atteindre les objectifs de cette enquete d’opinion, nous avons utilise une approche quantitative. L’etude pratique nous a amene a cibler des malades venus en consultation, des patients hospitalises et des accompagnants. La methodologie a consister a realiser un echantillonnage non probabiliste et par convenance (ceux qui ont voulu repondre au questionnaire). Un echantillon de 106 personnes reparties entre differentes communes du district de Bamako et les regions de Koulikoro et de Segou a ete constituer. Les resultats collectes et traites ont permis de recueillir les opinions et aspirations des usagers de l’Hopital du Mali.
