Соотношение высот и диаметров основных лесообразующих пород под воздействием ветровала в Висимском заповеднике

2009
The results of investigations of measuring of heights and diameters of spruce, fir and cedar in sample plot of horsetail-small grass spruce stand which was affected with windfall are given here. Their correlation was analyzed in order to verify hypothesis concerning influence of stem forms on the selection of trees to stability to windfall. The most adequate equations have been deduced for main forest forming species of spruce for all categories of standing. It turned out that cedar had the least heights with the same diameters which caused its larger wind resistance in comparison with spruce and fir. It is necessary to note, lesser meanings of spruce heights of non-damaged growing trees in comparison with dead ones. Nevertheless the difference was nonsignificant and for calculation of yields can be used the curves of heights and determine the volumes of stems by windfall trees. The curves of heights of fir for damaged and growing trees proved to be were near to each other and at the same time they lie a little lower, than the curves of heights of windfall and dead-standing trees.
