The invention discloses a spare tire drawing, overturning and pick-and-place device of a cross-country refit vehicle. The spare tire drawing, overturning and pick-and-place device comprises two U-shaped slideways, a transition plate and a spare tire tray, wherein the two U-shaped slideways are arranged at the two sides in a spare tire cabin in parallel, the spare tire tray is used for containing a spare tire, the two sides of the front end of the transition plate are respectively provided with a limiting idler wheel capable of being embedded into the corresponding U-shaped slideway and rolling along the corresponding U-shaped slideway, the rear end of the transition plate is hinged to the front end of the spare tire tray, and the rear end of the spare tire tray is provided with a limiting bolt used for fixing the spare tire tray in the spare tire cabin when the spare tire tray is collected in the spare tire cabin. The spare tire can be placed between the hubcaps of two rear wheels of the cross-country vehicle, so that the attractive appearance of the vehicle can be maintained. The spare tire drawing, overturning and pick-and-place device is simple in structure and convenient to use. The needed operation space is small, so that the height of center of gravity of the whole vehicle is effectively lowered, and pick and place change of the spare tire and the opening of a rear compartment door are facilitated.
