The study of energy-band structure of antimony sulphoiodide by modulation spectroscopy

Using electroreflection and thermoreflection methods the energy spectrum of elections in the fundamental absorption edge of SbSI for two polarizations was investigated.The reflection spectra obtained have a complicated structure and a strong anisotropy. Experimental results are compared with theoretical calculations of the energy-band structure of SbSI.
