Electrical fuse macro

The present invention provides an electrical fuse macro. In one embodiment, the electric fuse comprises at least one fuse macro cell. The fuse unit comprising: a first common node, providing a first reference voltage; a second common node, a second reference voltage; at least one fuse coupled to the first common node; and determining means, coupled to fuse between the second node and the common output signal is generated according to the first condition in the normal mode and the second mode detection condition, used to indicate whether the fuse has blown. The electrical fuse may provide more stringent conditions macro in detection mode to verify whether the fuse is blown, thereby excluding a critical failure has blown fuse resistance, thus improving the DPPM performance without increasing detection time.
