Study investigates the mechanisms of pathogenesis and sanogenesis traumatic spinal cord disease. Examined by solid immunoassay the content 1-4th, 7th, 14th, 21th and 30th days of plasmatic neurospecifi cal proteins (phosphorylated neurofi lament-H, antibodies to glycoprotein mielinassociated, myelin basic protein, ciliary neurotrophic factor, neurotrophin-3, neurotrophin-4/5), pro- (TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6) and anti-infl ammatory (IL-4, IL10) cytokines in the serum of 40 patients with complicated traumatic injuries of the cervical spine. Found that the remodeling of the spinal cord in acute and early periods of traumatic disease characterized by a combination of mechanisms of alteration and nerve regeneration, direction and intensity of which is determined by the appearance of a different nature and strength of the correlations between the content neurospecifi c proteins, pro-and antiinfl ammatory cytokines.
