The Impact of Electroacupuncturing on Point Zusanli,Guanyuan to β-EP,ACTH of Adjuvantinduced Arthritis Rats

Objective:To observe the impact of the point Zusanli,Guanyuan to β-EP,ACTH of adjuvantinduced arthritis rats.Methods:To divide 60 rats into five groups randomly,each with 12 rats,the blank control group and the model group are only bundled;while the Zusanli group,the Guanyuan group,the Weizhong group are electroacupunctured each single point after bundled,once per 2days.32 days later,test and compare β-EP,ACTH of each group.Results:(1)after being modeled,the toe joints of rats were swelling,there was significant difference between the model group and the control group (P0.05),and there was significantly difference of toe joints of rats of Zusanli group,Guanyuan group between before and after treatment (P0.05);(2)the plasma β-endorphin levels of the model group tended to increase compared with the control group,but there was no significant difference (P0.05),after being electroacupunctured,the plasma β-endorphin levels of Zusanli group,Guanyuan group was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05),the plasma β-endorphin levels of Weizhong group was higher than the model group,but there was no significant difference (P0.05),but it was significantly lower than Zusanli group and Guanyuan group (P0.05),there was no significant difference between Zusanli group and Guanyuan group (P0.05);(3)the plasma ACTH of the model control group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was a statistically significant difference (P0.05),after being electroacupunctured,the plasma ACTH of Zusanli group,Guanyuan group was significantly lower than the model control group (P0.05),the plasma ACTH levels of Weizhong group had the trend to be lower than model group,but there was no significant difference (P0.05),but compared with Zusanli group,Guanyuan group,there was a significant difference,there was no significant difference between Guanyuan group and Zusanli group(P0.05).(4)the plasma ACTH and toe joints swelling (plantar Circuit) of AA rats were positively correlated (P0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncturing on Zusanli,Guan yuan can regulate β-EP,ACTH of adjust adjuvant arthritis rats and improve immune function.
