Modular structure of the organic heat boiler

The invention discloses an organic heat carrier boiler with a modular structure. The organic heat carrier boiler comprises a chain grate, a grate reducer, a coal scuttle, a combustion chamber, a boiler body, an outer pack, furnace walls and thermal insulating layers. The organic heat carrier boiler is characterized in that the boiler body is a split type and comprises a first boiler body, a second boiler body, a third boiler body and a fourth boiler body, wherein the third boiler body and the fourth boiler body are assembled and welded and then fixed on an upper ring beam of the combustion chamber by welding; the first boiler body and the second boiler body are assembled and welded and then fixed on the steel frames of the third boiler body and the fourth boiler body by welding; the furnace walls and the thermal insulating layers are built outside the first boiler body, the second boiler body, the third boiler body and the fourth boiler body. According to the invention, the organic heat carrier boiler can be transported conveniently and workload on an installation site can be greatly reduced, thus the problem that the large-scale assembly type organic heat carrier boiler is difficult to transport can be solved.
