Avaliação da função sexual da mulher no período gestacional

Objective: Evaluate the sexual function of women during pregnancy. Method: Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional analytical conducted in health units of primary care to 161 pregnant women. Two was used instruments: an identification of participants and Sexual-version Quotient Women. Data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS 17.0. Results: It was found that 77.6% of pregnant women were aged 18 to 30 years and being unmarried. Most of them considered having a sexual relationship with the partner from good to excellent, they reported still a satisfactory performance in sexual activities. It was found that 19% of pregnant women were with the injured “preliminaries” domain. Conclusion: Most of the women had a satisfactory sexual performance, however, some results showed bad to good levels. Thus, it is necessary that the health professional, act in line with actions and interventions aimed at prevention, promotion and rehabilitation of sexual health in pregnancy
