Compared with a common perfluoropolyether material, the perfluoropolyether silane has the advantages that no trifluoromethyl branch chain exists; the perfluoropolyether material shown as the formula I provided by the invention can be more regularly arranged on the surface of a substrate, so that lower surface energy can be realized on the surface; further, the surface of the substrate has a better anti-fingerprint and easy-to-clean effect. Therefore compared with the prior art, the perfluoropolyether silane has better anti-fingerprint performance.
