Effects of Different Soaking Time with Yonghao Soaking Liquid on Biological Characters of Sesame(Sesamum indicum) and Its Yield

[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of Yonghao soaking liquid on biological characters and yield of sesame,and provide technical reference for its application in sesame production.[Method] Nine treatments were designed: using dry seeds sowing(CK);using Yonghao soaking liquid soaking seeds 2,4,6,8 h resp.;using water soaking 2,4,6,8 h resp..[Result] The result showed that compared with the control treatment soaking the seeds with soaking liquid or with water both increased the yield,and treatment of soaking 8 h had the highest yield.Under the same soaking time,the yield of the treatments that soaking seeds with soaking liquid were higher than those with water.At initial flowering stage and full-bloom stage,there was very significantly positive correlation between chlorophyll content and yield(r=0.788 7**,0.860 8**).There was significantly positive correlation between net photosynthetic rate and yield at initial flowering stage(r=0.888 8**).[Conclusion] Using Yonghao soaking liquid treating 8 h is better for sesame,and when using water 6 h is better.
