The authors investigate the germination and sprouting force of white mustard (senvy) seeds dried with a pulse infrared method under different temperature modes and variable length of seed preliminary moistening. The study conducted made it possible to receive kinetic curves of pulse infrared drying for each mode and determine mode parameters of drying providing for the maximum effect of white mustard seed stimulation.
