SOSIALISASI KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) SEBAGAI UPAYA ANTISIPASIKECELAKAAN KERJA DAN PENYAKIT AKIBAT KERJA (PAK)

Approximately 340 million occupational accidents and 160 million victims of work-related diseases each year worldwide. Therefore, every workplace needs to implement occupational safety and health, including offices. Based on observations at the X Foundation office, the average worker works 8 hours a day for 5 days per week in front of a computer with 1 hour of rest and sometimes exceeds working hours. Besides, the layout of items is still out of place, vectors such as rats, and an ergonomic sitting posture. Therefore, it is necessary to implement K3 offices to create a healthy, safe, and comfortable office so that workers remain productive. This service activity was carried out at the X Foundation Office on January 29, 2021, to increase office staff knowledge about office K3 so that they avoid occupational accidents and diseases. There were 10 participants in this activity and carried out in small groups using the lecture and question and answer method.Delivery of material using PowerPoint (ppt) media. The results of these office staff activities increase knowledge about office OHS. And we suggest that X Foundation conducts an assessment of the implementation of OHS in offices so they can take the right steps to implement OHS in offices.
