Hazards/Failure Modes and Effects Analysis MK 1 MOD 0 LSO-HUD Console System.

Abstract : The MK 1 MOD 0 LSO-HUD Console System provides aircraft recovery information to the Landing Signal Officer aboard aircraft carriers. This analysis identifies individual failure modes of the LSO-HUD Console System and assesses hazard level and probability of occurrence of these modes. Design recommendations are included. (Author)
