High-temperature wear-resistant composite casting material

2015
The invention relates to a fire-proof material, in particular to a high-temperature wear-resistant composite casting material. The high-temperature wear-resistant composite casting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22 to 33 parts of fused alumina zirconia fine powder with the particle diameter being 1 to 2mm, 20 to 25 parts of fused alumina zirconia fine powder with the particle diameter being 0.5 to 1mm, 10 to 15 parts of fused alumina zirconia fine powder with the particle diameter being 0.03 to 0.07mm, 10 to 16 parts of silicon carbide, 7 to 12 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 4 to 7 parts of magnesite, 5 to 10 parts of silicon micro powder, 5 to 7 parts of aluminium titanate, 4 to 6 parts of aluminum oxide micro powder, 4 to 7 parts of zinc aluminate gahnite and 2 to 6 parts of vein quartz. The high-temperature wear-resistant composite casting material provided by the invention has the advantages of high pressure-resistant intensity, higher hardness, high moh's hardness, high compactness, good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, good flushing resistance, high thermal shocking stability and good bonding performance. When the high-temperature wear-resistant composite casting material is used for a circulation fluidized bed boiler, the service life of a casting material layer is prolonged; the repair is reduced; the maintenance cost is reduced.
