ANDSF (access network discovery and selection function) policy determination method, device and system

The invention discloses an ANDSF (access network discovery and selection function) policy determination method, a device and a system used for solving the problem that firewalls deployed by WLANs (wireless local area networks) are likely to prohibit transmission of part or all of IP (internet protocol) flows to cause service interruption of the corresponding IP flows when UE (user equipment) moves some of the IP flows to the WLANs according to a policy provided by an ANDSF entity. According to an embodiment, the method includes: through the ANDSF entity, determining that preferred access technology selected by the ANDSF entity for the UE is the WLANs, configuring identification information corresponding to at least one WLAN and configuration information of the WLANs related to IP flow transmission in an ANDSF policy established for the UE, and sending the established ANDSF policy to the UE.
