Method for clearing dirt on surface of chip

The invention discloses a method for clearing dirt on the surface of a chip. The method comprises the steps that the chip to be cleared is baked in a drying oven for first preset time; the chip to be cleared is cooled at room temperature and then is placed on a hot plate; a limiting frame is placed on the cooled chip to be cleared and provided with a hollow part used for limiting the to-be-cleared portion of the surface of the chip to be cleared; liquid glue is dripped into the limiting frame so that the hollow part of the limiting frame can be filled with the liquid glue; a hot plate power supply is powered on so that the temperature can rise to first preset temperature and keep the first preset temperature for second preset time; the chip with the limiting frame is placed in deionized water through the hot plate; the limiting frame and the chip are separated; the chip is soaked in acetone and ethyl alcohol in sequence, then repeatedly washed by the deionized water and blow-dried by nitrogen. The method can be used for achieving repeated use of some functional chips and clearing the special area of the chip.
