The method comprises the following steps: acquiring patient description; matching the keywords in the patient description based on the expanded disease-disease-related factor dictionary constructed based on the word vectors, and extracting medicine-related words and expression from the patient description; detecting whether the extracted words and expression are in the standard disease-disease-related factor dictionary; calculating the score of the disease based on the detecting result and according to related score of the disease corresponding to the disease-related factors obtained from the expanded diseases-disease-related factor dictionary; sequencing the score of the disease; determining the disease according to the sequencing result. With the adoption of the method and the system, the technical problem of how to predicate orally-described disease of a patient can be solved.
