Design and Implementation of Ship GPS Monitoring and Dispatching System for Intelligent Transportation System

With the maturity and wide application of GPS technology, how to introduce the GPS system into the intelligent ship monitoring and transfer system, so that the monitoring center can understand and control the real-time static and dynamic information of the ship at any time, becoming a brand-new research. field. This paper proposes a demand analysis by summarizing the problems existing in the current ship automatic monitoring and dispatching system. Combined with specific requirements, the system is framed and structurally designed. The system includes: shipboard terminal and user terminal, database management subsystem, map management subsystem, communication subsystem, network pipe system, application subsystem and monitoring subsystem. The GPS data reception and display were tested, and then the various interactive functions of the application subsystem were tested. The test results proved that the user's needs were fully met. The automatic monitoring system based on GPS positioning technology can meet the requirements of real-time monitoring and interaction during the driving process of the ship.
