政府职能转移是我国近期政治体制变革的重心，而理清政府职能边界，扩大职能领域是我国政府职能转移的一大趋向。为促进政府与社会组织的良性协作，政府部门应转变固定思维，营造良好的社会组织发展环境，同时社会组织也要提高自身能力与公信力建设。通过对调查的社会组织现状进行分析研究，针对发现的问题提出解决对策与建议。 The transfer of government functions is the focus of China's recent political system reform, and clarifying the boundaries of government functions and expanding the functional areas is a major trend in the transfer of government functions.
