According to the system provided by the invention, the quantity of failure points is reduced by reducing the use level of cables and optical fibers, so that control signals can be quickly and accurately transmitted with fidelity, the whole network is easy to maintain, networking is flexible, and dilatation and recombination are easy. Signal collection for the mobile equipment is achieved, and a signal collecting network combining fixed signal collection and mobile equipment signal collection is established.
