The process for preparation comprises first, dispersing nanometer silicon oxide, aminocaprolactam and silane coupling agent in miscible liquids which are formed by water and polarorganic solvent, and getting SiO2 dispersion, second, removing 6-aminohexanoic acid in remainder to get masterbatch of nanometer SiO2/ nylon 6 compound resin through a polymerization reaction after steaming out the polar organic solvent in the nanometer SiO2 dispersion which is got from the step first, third, getting target compound after welding and mixing the masterbatch of nanometer SiO2/ nylon 6 compound resin which is got from the step second, and the other steps. Compared with the prior art, compatibility and dispersibility of the nanometer SiO2 and nylon 6 of the nanometer SiO2/ nylon 6 compound resin which is prepared through the process of the invention are better (the concrete manifestation is that mechanical properties are better).
