Физиотерапевтическая коррекция нарушений морфофункционального состояния микрососудов у больных артериальной гипертонией пожилого возраста

Results of studying the influence of a complex method of physical therapy including the general and local magnetotherapy, on vasomotorial function of endothelium, microcirculation and adrenergic reactivity of vessels at patients with arterial hypertension of advanced age are presented. 71 patients with arterial hypertensions of the 2nd stage and the 2nd degree with high risk of development of complications aged from 60 till 74 years are surveyed. Positive influence of complex magnetotherapy on microcirculation, adrenergic vascular reactivity, sensitivity of endothelial cells of arteries on tension of shift and ability to vazodilatation is proved.
