Auto-adapted Refrigeration Control Technology Research Based on Overheated Control

Since the superheat degree is closely related with the capacity of the refrigeration system,which has a great influence on improving the capacity of system,this paper proposes a new refrigeration control strategy based on adaptive fine feedback.It adopts a new strategy respectively for the superheat control and refrigeration control in the system.In this paper,the refrigeration system is modeled and analyzed,and then the models and relations main functional modules are established,so as to descript the proposed refrigeration control strategy in details.According to the simulation test,the proposed strategy can effectively improve the system power by breaking through the relationship between superheat and refrigeration capacity.
