Clinical Therapeutic Effect Observation of Betaloc in Treating Chronic Cardiac Failure

Objective To observe curative effect of Betaloc in treating patients with chronic congestive cardiac failure.To investigate the effect of β-blocker on congestive cardiac failure.Methods 108 patients mild or moderate congestive cardiac failure were treated with conventional medical therapy and Betaloc(from12.5mg twice a day to the objective dosage of 75mg/d),all the patients were treated for 6 months.clinical symptoms and sings of patients and the change of heart function(NYHA),LVEF,LVDD and exercise capacity from bace level before and after treatment were observed.Results Betaloc improve heart function,LVEF,reduce LVDD,improve exercise capacity abviously.Conclusion Betaloc improve heart function and quality of life.
