Automatic sheep eye twisting apparatus

The invention relates to an automatic sheep eye twisting apparatus. The apparatus comprises a material supply rotary table arranged on a body. The apparatus is characterized in that: clampers for clamping a processed work-piece are arranged at intervals on the upper circumference of the material supply rotary table. A material feed apparatus for the processed work-piece, a broach for drilling a sheep-eye hole on the processed work-piece, a sheep eye installing apparatus for inserting the sheep eye in the sheep-eye hole, a sheep eye twisting apparatus for twisting the sheep eye into the sheep-eye hole and a material exit apparatus for pushing the processed work-piece out of the clamper are sequentially arranged on the circumference of the material supply rotary table on the body along different radial directions. According to the present invention, the precise clampers are adopted for clamping the processed work-piece; accuracy of the drilling position is ensured through optical fiber aiming, such that disadvantages in a traditional drilling process due to drilling according to hand feeling of an operator are overcome by the apparatus provided by the present invention. In addition, with the present invention, utilization efficiency of the processed work-piece is improved, production cost is reduced, and contributions are provided for wood saving and ecological conservation.
